Navigation Lights

All Federation starships have various external lights that flash and light it up. These can be turned off to give the impression that the ship is dead in the water.

Power Requirements

The navigation lights require 0.01MW of power when they are online.

Dev Notes

A really minor system, but it still needs to be modeled.

When the health of the light system falls below 10% they stop working (until repaired).
